One thing I noticed with Agility...

One thing I noticed with Agility is they don’t panic when something changes last minute. We had routing issues pop up halfway through a shipment and they handled it pretty calmly. Felt like they’d seen worse before.

I’ve dealt with different freight companies before, and Agility feels more structured. You don’t have to chase updates all the time, which is such a relief. There’s still room for improvement in some local coordination, but overall I trust them with important shipments.

We’ve been working with Agility for about a year now, mainly for cross-border shipments between Europe and the Middle East. Not everything is perfect (logistics rarely is), but I honestly like how transparent they are when something goes off schedule. Instead of ghosting, they actually explain what’s happening and give realistic timelines. That alone already puts them above many others I’ve tried. Tracking is clear, documentation is handled without constant back-and-forth, and their team feels like they know what they’re doing.
